All geckos will be healthy and feeding well when I send them to you. I will not knowingly send you a gecko that has any physical deformity without disclosing it. I will guarantee live delivery assuming that the carrier has delivered the animal on time and that someone was home to sign for the package on the first attempt only. Check your door often so you know right away that your gecko has arrived!  If the unthinkable happens and your gecko has not survived the trip, please take a convincable  photo.  You must inform me if anything is wrong within the first 72 hours of expected arrival or I will assume that all is well and any guarantees will be void.I will then ether refund your money back of the gecko or you could choose a replacement gecko of equal or lesser value. If higher value please pay the difference. I will give half off the shipping if a new gecko is chosen. 

 Shipping or delivery charges are not refundable.

Geckos sex is not guaranteed till 4 months of age. 

Shipping is exact so before or right after ordering please make sure to email me with your zip code and how many geckos you will be purchasing,  so i could then give you a shipping quote.  paying for the shipping can be done on the available page. 

Shipping will be done if the temperatures are between (40F-90 F )

Shipping  thought UPS next day airin an insulated box. geckos are "packaged" individulally in there own deli cups with air holes. I provide a heat or cold pack depending on the weather.

 3. If the gecko you purchased is not available I will email you and ask you if you would like another one or your money back. I will refund your money if you will not like another gecko.
